Brøndby Stadion – stadium poster

“Vilfort Park”, “Hell in the North”. These are just some of the common names of Brøndby Stadion, which remains one of the most iconic stadiums in all of Danish football. The history of the ground is inseparable from the history of Brøndby IF itself. In 1964, the local municipality promised to build a stadium on the condition of a merger of the two clubs Brøndbyvester and Brøndbyøster. This led to the birth of Brøndby IF and to the opening of Brøndby Stadion. On 29 March 1992, the stadium’s legendary stand Sydsiden opened. Since then, Brøndby’s incredible fans have set the gold standard for Danish fan culture from here. Brøndby Stadion will always be the heart of Vestegnen.
